Patient Needs

The Personal Planner > Lists tab > Pt Needs sub-tab allows you to view and add patient needs.

Note: Although, you can add needs in the Personal Planner module, you cannot assign them to a patient from this module.

If patient needs have already been assigned, you can select the patient as well.

To manage patient needs:

  1. Open the Personal Planner to the Lists tab and click the Pt Needs sub-tab.
  2. Click the Search for Data () icon to display your list of needs.
  3. Tip: If you want to view needs within a specific range, set the Date From and Date To fields.

    Note: If you have access, you can edit the User and Provider fields to view needs for a different provider.

  4. Review the listed entries.
